PROJECT SUMMARY:

Lunya, a distinguished luxury sleepwear brand based in California, sought to elevate its user experience, starting with a refinement on the Product Page. Renowned for premium-quality products featuring special fibers and high-end designs, Lunya aimed to align its digital presence with these core values.

CHALLENGE:

The existing Product Page lacked support for optimal visibility and interactivity, failing to convey the unique features of Lunya's products in an elegant niche manner.

MY ROLE:

As the Lead Product Designer, I steered the entire lifecycle of the project, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and e-commerce partners. Responsibilities included strategic management, art direction, and contributing to the development of a scalable design language.

METHODOLOGY:

In preparation for the final delivery, I conducted comprehensive competitive research, built personas, and crafted empathy maps. Introducing new suggestions for information architecture and user task flows laid the groundwork for the project's success.

OUTCOMES:

The redesigned Product Page achieved a more refined aesthetic, complemented by the addition of zoom functionality and a dynamic product carousel. A unique iconography was crafted to enhance the brand's perception (refer to images below). User engagement improvements included the addition of a wish list icon and tooltips offering fabric-specific explanations. The outcomes reflect a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality, aligning seamlessly with Lunya's brand identity.
