Hi, I’m Rachel! :)

I'm a Senior Product Designer with 10+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital products and services, from discovery and strategy through to delivery. My work spans e-commerce, telecom, and automotive.

I've designed for Rogers, Walmart Canada, and Mercedes-Benz, including the Walmart Scan & Go app and the Mercedes me connect app for North America. I also led service design for MAR Museum in Rio de Janeiro, covering wayfinding and visitor experience.

I bring a systemic view to every project, balancing product thinking with strong visual craft to create experiences that are both intuitive and scalable.
